Just to give the people an update about the confusion with the Hotel situation. It is a circumstance that was beyond the control of the ATL convention committee. However the committee is very sorry for any inconveniences this must have caused any of our members.
At this point, the committee is advising members that have not booked their hotel accommodation to do so with the Radisson Hotel Atlanta Airport. The address is below. Rooms rates ranges from $137 to $178.00 per night from August 30th to September 1st 2024 (including some suites).

We do have any link or contract with this hotel, so please book your room on time (suggestion, before August 15th, 2024). Remember it is a holiday weekend, the Hotel have the right to change the above rates without warning.

This Hotel was picked to ease transportation to the, meet and greet at the event hall, as well as Saturday meeting and gala night hall. We have two areas of pick up (1) Embassy Hotel and (2) Radisson Hotel. Anyone who chooses other Hotel, that person will be responsible for their transportation.
